Your Rental Agreement

Method of Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and time.

Final payment is due no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled event date.

Uniquely Unique Rentals accepts all major credit and debit cards. Final pricing may change based on additional services, add-ons, travel distance, or permit requirements added to your order.

After Hours Delivery & Pickup

Deliveries or pickups scheduled outside of normal business hours (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM) may incur additional fees. These fees will be communicated prior to confirmation.

Delivery, Setup & Acceptance of Equipment

Uniquely Unique Rentals will deliver and install equipment within a reasonable timeframe prior to your event start time.

  • A tentative delivery window will be provided the week of your event
  • Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be adjusted due to scheduling, logistics, or weather conditions

Setup Requirements:

  • Setup area must be cleared prior to arrival (furniture, debris, etc.)
  • Lawn must be maintained (cut, level if possible)
  • Pets must be secured
  • All animal waste must be removed

Failure to meet these conditions may result in:

  • Delays
  • Additional fees
  • Relocation of setup
  • Cancellation without refund

Client Presence:
Client or authorized representative must be present to approve placement.

Acceptance Clause (VERY IMPORTANT):
Once setup is completed, the client is deemed to have accepted the equipment in full working condition unless written notice of defects is provided immediately at time of setup.

Weather Policy

Uniquely Unique Rentals strictly follows safety guidelines influenced by local authorities such as Miami-Dade Fire Rescue.

Tents will NOT be installed, adjusted, or removed in unsafe weather conditions including but not limited to:

  • High winds
  • Heavy rain
  • Lightning
  • Storm warnings

Uniquely Unique Rentals reserves the sole right to determine whether conditions are safe.

If weather conditions pose a safety risk:

  • Setup may be delayed, modified, or canceled
  • No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations within non-refundable windows
  • Rescheduling may be offered at company discretion
Equipment Use & Restrictions

Under no circumstances shall the client:

  • Move or modify the tent structure
  • Adjust tie-downs, anchors, or ratchets
  • Hang items exceeding 50 lbs without approval
  • Use open flames, heaters, or electrical equipment without authorization

Prohibited inside tents:

  • Smoking
  • Fire or open flames
  • Paint, glue, confetti, glitter, gum, or adhesives

Additional cleaning or damage fees will apply if violations occur.

Tent Permits

For events within Miami-Dade County:

  • Permits may be required for:
    • Tents exceeding 400 square feet
    • Public or commercial events
    • Installations on public property

Permits are regulated by agencies such as Miami-Dade Fire Rescue.

Client Responsibility:
The client is responsible for obtaining required permits unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Uniquely Unique Rentals may assist with permit acquisition and will add all associated costs to the invoice.

Failure to obtain required permits may result in:

  • Cancellation without refund
  • Forced removal by authorities
  • Additional fines (client responsibility)
Ground Conditions & Property Damage

Uniquely Unique Rentals is not responsible for:

  • Damage to grass, landscaping, or soil
  • Underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or pipes

Client is responsible for:

  • Marking underground utilities
  • Informing us of hazards

Any restoration (grass, sod, repairs) is the responsibility of the client.

Risk of Loss, Damage & Liability

The client assumes full responsibility for all equipment during the rental period.

This includes:

  • Damage
  • Theft
  • Misuse
  • Injury to persons or property

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Uniquely Unique Rentals from any claims, damages, or legal actions.

Tent Replacement Value:

  • Tent replacement cost is $4,000 (or current market value if higher)

Client is responsible for full replacement cost in case of damage or loss, excluding verified Acts of God.

Equipment Movement

Tents are installed once per contract.

If relocation is requested:

  • Approval is at company discretion
  • Additional charges may apply up to 100% of rental cost
Pickup & Equipment Removal

Uniquely Unique Rentals reserves the right to:

  • Enter the property to retrieve equipment
  • Adjust pickup timing as needed (after event conclusion)

Equipment will not be removed in unsafe weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

  • 7+ days before event: Full refund (excluding deposit)
  • 3–6 days before event: 50% refund
  • Within 72 hours: Non-refundable

Final payment is due 48 hours prior.

Failure to pay results in:

  • Event cancellation
  • Full forfeiture of payments
Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

By submitting payment, the client agrees:

  • All charges are authorized and valid
  • Services are reserved in advance and hold value
  • Initiating a chargeback in violation of this agreement is a breach of contract

In disputes:

  • This agreement will be used as evidence
  • Company reserves the right to pursue:
    • Collections
    • Legal action
    • Recovery of fees and damages
Agreement & Acceptance

By booking services, the client confirms they have:

  • Read
  • Understood
  • Agreed

to all terms in this agreement.

No modifications are valid unless agreed to in writing by both parties.
