Your Rental Agreement
Method of Payment
A non – refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time. Final payment is due 48 hours prior to the reservation date. Uniquely Unique accepts all major credit and debit cards. Your total may change based upon additions added to your order.
After Hours Pickup Fee
Should your event require a pick up or delivery, before or after our normal business hours 10am -10pm additional rates will apply.
Delivery, Acceptance, and Return of Equipment
Uniquely Unique Rentals will install tents within our work schedule in consideration of your event start time. Uniquely Unique Rentals will provide a tentative delivery time the week prior to and/or the week of your event and any schedule adjustments may be made at the discretion of Uniquely Unique Rentals management team. Tents will not be set up or taken down in adverse weather conditions i.e. heavy rain, hail, lightning, snow, high winds etc. Uniquely Unique Rentals reserves the right to determine if weather conditions are conducive for set up and removal. In some circumstances, tent set-up may be postponed due to incoming weather that poses a severe risk to the product. Property where tent installation will be setup must be prepared prior to the arrival of Uniquely Unique Rentals; including lawn preparation, tree trimming, pets, and animal feces removal. If proper preparation is not made Uniquely Unique has the discretion to choose an alternative location and/or cancel the reservation without returning the non-refundable deposit. Client shall inspect the equipment upon completion of setup. Unless within the same time client notifies Uniquely Unique Rentals in writing stating details of any alleged defect the client shall be conclusively deemed to have accepted the equipment in its received condition. Client agrees to return the equipment in good condition and without damage and to pay for all equipment loss, damaged or stolen equipment based on the equipment value at time of loss. The Client, or authorized representative of the client, must be present to authorize placement of the tent. Tents are to be placed one time only. If tents are asked to be moved, it is at the discretion of Uniquely Unique Rentals to move the tent. If a tent is to be moved, additional labor charges will be assessed equal to 100% of the contracted Tent Rental/Installation price agreement. Tents will not be set up or removed in adverse weather conditions.
Rent Removals/Pickups
Uniquely Unique Rentals agrees to remove or pick up all rental items in a timely manner. Customer agrees that Uniquely Unique Rentals has the right to enter premises of customer at any time to repossess equipment. Tents will not be set up or taken down in adverse weather conditions i.e. heavy rain, hail, lightning, snow, high winds etc. Uniquely Unique Rentals reserves the right to determine if weather conditions are conducive for set up and removal. Uniquely Unique Rentals reserves the right to remove/ pick up any rental items before the contracted removal date, but not before the conclusion of your event.
Tent Permits
Client is responsible for obtaining any permits required for the event if necessary. Uniquely Unique Rentals may obtain required permits and add those associated fees to rental/installation price agreement.
Tent Flooring
Tent flooring must be installed by Uniquely Unique Rentals. Flooring will not be installed or removed in adverse weather conditions i.e. heavy rain, hail, lightning, snow, high winds etc. Uniquely Unique Rentals reserves the right to determine if weather conditions are conducive to set up and removal. Uniquely Unique Rentals is not responsible for damage done to grass or lawn area or underground utility / sprinkler lines under flooring. Any replacement grass, sod, or seed is the client’s responsibility. All damage, including but not limited to dirt, grass, sod, grounds, and plant life due to rental equipment, heavy equipment, and/or labor for the requirement of setup and teardown is not the responsibility of Uniquely Unique Rentals. If the client wishes to protect grounds from damage due to set up, then preventive measures must be taken by client prior to setup and be disclosed to Uniquely Unique Rentals.
Tent Structure
Uniquely Unique Rentals is providing a sound structure and frame tent system. Absolutely under no circumstances should the structure or fabric of the tent be compromised by drilling holes, hanging heavy items in excess of 50 pounds from structure, tearing or cutting of fabric, loosening of tent ratchets/ tie-downs, moving the tent without prior written consent from Uniquely Unique Rentals. Clients must provide a power source to keep tent structure sound. Keep children away from the blower unit – risk of electric shock and serious injury from moving parts of the blower. Please refer to the Risk of Loss section below.
Not Allowed
The following items are not allowed inside the tent: glitter, glue, gum, sharp objects, confetti, sticky sprays, paint, and smoking and/or fire.
Additional fees may occur if extra cleaning is needed.
Risk of Loss / Injury
The renter agrees and acknowledges that they assume full responsibility for all injuries and/or damages that may occur as a result of the use of the equipment provided by Uniquely Unique Rentals during the rental period. This responsibility extends to all individuals who use the equipment, regardless of whether they have been authorized to do so by the Renter.
The Renter hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Provider, its agents, employees, and affiliates, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with the use, misuse, or abuse of the equipment provided by the Provider. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries or damages to persons or property that occur during the rental period or as a result of the transportation, setup, or takedown of the equipment.
The Renter understands and acknowledges that they are solely responsible for ensuring that all users of the equipment comply with all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the Provider. The Renter further agrees to supervise all users of the equipment at all times to ensure their safety and the proper use of the equipment.
The Renter acknowledges that any damage to the tent will be assessed based on its replacement value, which is set at $4,000. The Renter assumes all risks of loss or damage to the tent, except for losses or damages caused by Acts of God. Acts of God include, but are not limited to, heavy rain, hail, lightning, snow, high winds, tornadoes, and other natural disasters beyond human control.
By agreeing to this contract, the Renter agrees to these terms and acknowledges their understanding and acceptance of the conditions stated herein.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be in writing to contactuniquelyuique@gmail.com. Canceling an event after a contract has been signed is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the contracted rental price and 100% of the contracted agreement price if canceled within 24 hours of the contracted event date. If the final payment is not made 48 hours prior to the event, the card on file will be charged. If the payment cannot be finalized, the event host will receive an email notification explaining the final payment needs to be paid by the end of the day. If that is not completed the event will be canceled and all monies will be forfeited.
Conclusion
By signing this contract, you agree to all above terms and conditions of this agreement and no variation or modification of the agreement shall be valid unless in writing and signed by client or representative of client.
